Playing Drums in a Room… in a Room, in a Room

Re-recording a sound in a different acoustic space has been a common technique for many years, these echo chamber’s imprint a natural reverb onto the recording, as if it was recorded in that very space. 

By adding a real space to the mix, we can even fool the ear into hearing artificial reverbs as more realistic.

But then we take it to a whole nutha level. In this video, we’ll see what happens when we record in Roomception…20 times.
